We recognise that projects delivered by BIOGENIE provide training, work, environmental and social benefits for the communities in which we operate.
We have in place a dedicated internal team of employees to drive our culture and social return on investment programme. We also have a trained and qualified Social Value Practitioner who has the knowledge and tools necessary to measure and maximise the social value of our activities using the Seven Principals of Social Value
We work with local community organisations, charities, suppliers, employment agencies, business’ and residents to create a positive legacy.

We have a group target to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions by more than 50% by 2030 and be a leader in low-carbon solutions. We use a circular economy, reuse materials, make our vehicle fleet and office locations more sustainable, use emission-free equipment, invest in advanced A.I technology, and use construction logistics hubs.
